I don't mean to inundate you with mail, but I just learned something I want to share with you. It's a free and painless way you can help yourself, and help Real Foods Market at the same time.

One of the advertisers on our website ( http://www.real-foods.net ) - just emailed me a special request. They send out a free eco-tips note several times a week, and they're trying to increase their subscriber base.
