...Online!

You may have already heard the news - grapevines are VERY fast in small towns.

Real Foods Market is closing its doors, and we are moving entirely online (and telephone, too, of course).

I won't be able to carry perishable foods, but I will have many of the items that we have carried a long time. AND there will be TONS more products available than what I could stock at the physical store.

The REALLY good news is that most things will be priced lower, because they'll be coming directly from the vendors and distributors. I have been working on forming partnerships with companies that will ship to my customers.

The online store has been started (you can peek here - http://www.real-foods.net/shop ) and I'll be adding more and more over time. Sorry, it'll be a little slow at first... After all, closing down the physical store involves selling out the products - EVERYTHING IS ON SALE - selling the equipment, etc.

So I'm definitely a busy girl.

I really want to thank all my loyal customers for being patient with me when I didn't have enough cash to get the products that needed to be replaced on the shelves. I'll always be grateful for the kindnesses shown me over the years.

This will be an adjustment period - this is a fun place to hang out - but it's for the best, I believe, all around.

I will never believe Real Foods Market was a failure, even though the money part didn't work out.

We have helped so many people to get well and live healthier, and I'll always be grateful I was a part of that.

At some point, someone will open another health food store here. And it will have a greater chance of financial success, partly because of all the groundwork we have laid.

So, thanks to all of you, and thanks to all of my fantastic employees!

And please... come on in to the store - we're still here for a bit - and stock up on the things you need. I need to sell as much as possible, and as quickly as I can.

Like I said, Everything is on sale: products, equipment, even office supplies.
