Healthy Snack Recipes
(Healthy Appetizers, Too!)

A healthy snack recipe in hand is worth two hours 'til dinner has to be ready.Whether it's a cocktail party or for the kids after school, nutritious snacks are well-appreciated. And luckily, it's really easy to make them tasty, too.

Here's one of my favorites to take to a gathering:

Curry Dip

1 pint organic, whole milk yogurt
1 Tablespoon Muchi Curry powder

Mix together with a fork until smooth and evenly mixed.

Serve with raw broccoli florets, carrot sticks, and raw apple slices. Celery is good, too. (If you dip the apples and carrots in water that has a bit of lemon juice added, they won't turn brown so easily. Much nicer.)
